The hotel is clean and a decent size with helpful and excellent staff members. The location is particularly good and perfect, in between 3 metro stations-each 5 to 10 minutes walk.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a very convenient district that was not too crowded. It was great to be in a central area with easy access to the subway and plenty of Michelin-starred restaurants within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and complimentary water and juice packs. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where we could relax and unwind. the service was top-notch and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We loved the spacious and clean room equipped with a bidet. The 24-hour coffee machine access was a great feature, and we appreciated the hotel's perfect location between three MRT stations, each within 5-10 minutes of walking. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Plus, we felt safe staying at a hotel located next to a police station.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Situated in a good area, you'll be within walking distance to three metro stations, each only 5 to 10 minutes away. Plus, with a police station right next door and many shops close by, you'll feel safe and have plenty to explore. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a well-cleaned bathroom. The staff is super friendly and professional, always ready to assist. Choose this hotel, and enjoy the 24-hour coffee machine access!
The only thing I'd say is that the carpet doesn't seem to be cleaned properly, but overall this is an excellent choice for your stay in Taipei.

The hotel seemed more aimed at business travelers instead of leisure guests. The gym and pool were not available to use, which was a bit of a letdown.
